Camp Moose - On the Move!
Summer Day Camp
Dates: June 27 - August 19 (Six 1 - week sessions)
Ages: 9 – 13 (Grades 4 – 7) for Boys & Girls
Camp Hours: 8:00am – 4:45pm (activities will not start until 8:45am)
Location: Ice Rink - Randolph Recreation Area
Pool Information: 3-4 trips a week are made to the community pool and included in the registration fee.
Camp Moose - On the Move! has been re-imagined and has so much more to offer this year, geared towards 4th-7th graders. This day camp will be held at Randolph Ice Rink facility and is all about location, location, location. The camp will have access to all of the recreational sports complex, Town Pool, bike trails, disc golf course, as well as the outdoor open rink.
Each week a new camp theme will be featured. This camp is jam-packed with ADVENTURE!! The Amazing Race will be taking over Camp Moose this summer. Weekly activities include team-building challenges, all types of sports, survival techniques, STEM activities, biking, ESports, and so much more!! We are so excited this summer to get creative and to be able elevate Camp Moose - On the Move!
The camp is limited to 20 children a day with a low camper/staff ratio, allowing each child to be our focus. This camp is offered as a full-day or half-day (morning only) camp. Please keep in mind that half days will not include a visit to the pool or fieldtrips. Our staff is exceptional, making the summer an unforgettable experience for each and every camper. They have energy, excitement, and a love for camp!

Week 2: July 5 - 8 Mind Blown!
Week 3: July 11 - 15 Bike Camp/Lego Camp (these camps are registered separately)
Week 4: July 18 - 22 Let's Run Away with the Circus: carnival games, magicians, more!
Week 5: July 25 - 29 Marvel vs. Star Wars: who will prevail?!?
Week 6: August 1 - 5 Bike Camp/ Lego Camp (these camps are registered separately)
Week 7: Aug. 8 - 12 The Moose Warriors: a Moose spin on American Ninja Warrior
Week 8: Aug. 15 - 19 Amazing Race Finale!

Pricing:
Full Week: $140.00 (Resident)
Full Week: $155.00 (Non-Resident)
Payments:
If you are registering for two weeks or fewer, your balance must be paid in full at registration.
If you are registering for more than two weeks, the equivalent to two weeks of the fees per camper must be paid at registration. The remaining balance will be broken up into two payments. Half of the balance must be paid by April 29 and the full balance by June 10.
All payment plans will follow the above schedule, regardless of the date you register.
Payment Options:
Online payments are now available via credit or debit cards. All payments made via credit or debit card are subject to the processing fees charged by the card processing company and are paid by the user of this service. The Town does not pay these fees. (2.65% of the transaction)
Payments in cash or checks can be made at the Town Hall either by dropping off payments with the town clerk or the using the drop box located left of the building. The drop box gets checked at least twice daily.

Note: Town clerk office will only accept cash or checks. They will not be able to process any online payment for Recreational Programs.
Cancellations/Refunds:
All cancellation request must be made in writing at least three weeks prior to the first day of camp in order to receive a refund (minus an administrative fee). If you cancel with less than three weeks notice, a refund (minus an administrative fee) will be issued. Please review the fee structure below.
Date of Cancellation with Fee Structure:
Before April 29: 5% admin fee
From April 29 up to 3 weeks prior to start of camp season (6/27): 10% admin fee
2 weeks prior to start of camp season (6/27): 15% admin fee
1 week prior to start of camp season (6/27): 20% admin fee
Less than one week prior to start of camp season (6/27): 25% admin fee
No refunds will be issued after June 27th.
