Camp Randolph 2022

Dates: June 27 - August 19 (Eight 1 - week sessions)
Ages: 6 – 12 (Grades 1 – 6) for Boys & Girls
Camp Hours: 7:45am – 4:45pm (activities will not start until 8:45am)
*Drop off/Pick-up Times will on a staggered schedule.
Location: Camp Pavilion - Randolph Recreation Area
Pool Information: 3-4 trips a week are made to the community pool and included in the registration fee.
For more than 15 years Camp Randolph has been the highlight of the summer for children ages 6 – 12. The day camp is held at Randolph Recreation Area and has walking access to the playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, ball fields, town trails, pump track, and the Town Pool. This camp is jam-packed with variety and exploration. The camp is limited to 36 children a day with a low camper/staff ratio, allowing each child to be our focus. Camp runs eight weeks from June 27 - August 19. Each week features a different theme filled with arts & crafts, games & sports, biking & hiking, movies & books, swimming & field trips. Weekly field trips will be determined at a later date.

Week 1: June 27 - July 1 Here Comes the Moose!...Let the Amazing Race Begin!
Week 2: July 5 - 8 Mind Blown! Will your experiment explode or sizzle? (closed 7/4)
Week 3: July 11 - 15 Games Galore: putting a wacky spin on traditional outdoor games!
Week 4: July 18 - 22 Run Away With the Circus: carnival games, magic, and more!
Week 5: July 25 - 29 Disney Heroes vs. Villains
Week 6: Aug. 1 - 5 Lego Masters: Get your build on!
Week 7: Aug. 8 - 12 The Moose Warriors: a spin on American Ninja Warriors
Week 8: Aug. 15 - 19 Amazing Race Finale and Annual Color Run!

Week 2: Special Guest Scientists coming to camp to perform some wicked cool experiments!

Week 7: A day at Silver Lake!

Registration:
Camp registration opens Monday, March 21st. Registration is online, and please contact the Recreation Director at (802)728-5433 Ext. 18 to schedule an appointment if you are in need of assistance. Camp registration will be pending until payment is received.
Pricing:
Resident Rate: $135.00 Full-Week
Non-Resident Rate: $150.00 Full Week
This camp does not offer a half-day option.
Payments:
If you are registering for two weeks or fewer, your balance must be paid in full at registration.
If you are registering for more than two weeks, the equivalent to two weeks of the fees per camper must be paid at registration. The remaining balance will be broken up into two payments. Half of the balance must be paid by April 29 and the full balance by June 10.
All payment plans will follow the above schedule, regardless of the date you register.
Payment Options:
Online payments are now available via credit or debit cards. All payments made via credit or debit card are subject to the processing fees charged by the card processing company and are paid by the user of this service. The Town does not pay these fees. (2.65% of the transaction)
Payments in cash or checks can be made at the Town Hall either by dropping off payments with the town clerk or the using the drop box located left of the building. The drop box gets checked at least twice daily.

Note: Town clerk office will only accept cash or checks. They will not be able to process any online payment for Recreational Programs.
Cancellations/Refunds:
All cancellation request must be made in writing at least three weeks prior to the first day of camp in order to receive a refund (minus an administrative fee). If you cancel with less than three weeks notice, a refund (minus an administrative fee) will be issued. Please review the fee structure below.
Date of Cancellation with Fee Structure:
Before April 29: 5% admin fee
From April 29 up to 3 weeks prior to start of camp season (6/27): 10% admin fee
2 weeks prior to start of camp season (6/27): 15% admin fee
1 week prior to start of camp season (6/27): 20% admin fee
Less than one week prior to start of camp season (6/27): 25% admin fee
No refunds will be issued after June 27th.
