Cancellations




Cancellation of Registration (Youth Sports/Activities)
A written note to the Recreation Dept. must be given 2 weeks before class or league starts. Any cancellation within the two weeks before the program, a $5.00 administrative cancellation fee will be charged.

Weather
If OSSD schools are canceled due to inclement weather. Randolph Recreation Department programs will also be canceled if program is directly after school.
