Randolph Recreation is now accepting registration for the Fall 2019 Youth Soccer Program. This year the program will be a partnership between the Recreation Department and Randolph Youth Soccer. This volunteer-run Youth Soccer program is an opportunity for 4 to 11 years olds (Pre-K through 6th Grade) to build self-esteem and have fun in a cooperative play environment. This program is open to players of all abilities. Participants will learn the basic skills: dribbling, passing, receiving, and attacking, to use them in game like situations.
Season Information:
The season runs from late August to the end of October. Practices are one weeknight (tentative Thursdays) at 5:00pm and Saturdays mornings at 9:00am at Randolph High School. Practices range from 45 minutes for the youngest players up to 90 minutes for the oldest. Games will be on Saturdays and may be on a practice day. Divisions 3/4 & 5/6 will travel to other towns for games.
Mandatory Evaluations for the following Divisions:
Co-Ed 1/2: Tuesday, August 6th @ 5:00pm
Boys 3/4: Wednesday, August 7th @ 5:30pm
Boys 5/6: Thursday, August 8th @ 5:30pm
Equipment: The program provides all the equipment. All players are required to wear shin guards and cleats. Pre-K -2nd grade - cleats are optional.
Fee: $35 per player: Divisions - Co-Ed PK/K & Co-Ed 1/2
Fee: $40 per player: Divisions - Boys and Girls 3/4
Fee: $45 per player: Divisions - Boys & Girls 5/6
*Tournament fees are included in registration fee this season.
Deadline to Register has been extended to Friday, May 31st at 5:00pm.
Late Fee: $5.00 charge will be added after May 31st.
Interested in Coaching?
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic volunteer coaches who are
interested in teaching youth sports. Our program goal is to create a positive environment that promotes self-confidence and self-esteem through the experiences we provide. The program is dedicated to providing all youth with the highest quality of recreation and educational experiences for boys and girls ages 4 to 11 years-old (Pre-k - 6th grade). This is a great place to gain experience working with children, improve communication and people skills. High school and college students can volunteer to receive service learning for their school. ** Teams are limited by the number of volunteer coaches and roster size. Too many players on a team does not give players enough playing time. Registration is first come-first serve, and once the rosters are full we will take a waiting list.
