Camp Randolph
For more than 15 years Camp Randolph has been the highlight of the summer for children ages 6 – 12. The day camp is held at Randolph Recreation Area and has walking access to the playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, ball fields, town trails, pump track, and the Town Pool. This camp is jam-packed with variety and exploration. The camp is limited to 38 children a day. Camp runs eight weeks from June 24 - August 16. Each week features a different theme filled with arts & crafts, games & sports, biking & hiking, movies & books, swimming & field trips. Weekly field trips will be determined at a later date.

Ages: Grades 1-4th (Must have completed Kindergarten)
Camp Hours: 7:45am – 4:30pm (activities will not start until 8:45am)
Location: Park Pavilion, 30 Park Street, Randolph VT
Pool Information: 2-4 trips/week are made to the community pool and included in the registration fee.

Session 1: June 24-June 28
Theme: Kid's take on the Neighborhood - Campers get familiar with their surroundings by visiting local shops, restaurants, community garden, and other happening places in the community.
Session 2: July 1-3 (Short Week)
Theme: Kid's a Cookin' - -Campers will finally be encouraged to play with their food. We will explore all things food related. Where does it come from, how to make it, where does it end up?
Session 3: July 8-12
Theme: Artful Antics - This week will be full of Art! Visiting local galleries, making our own, and exploring what the Randolph community of arts and artists have going on!
Session 4: July 15-19
Theme: Stemtastic! In our Element - Exploring Science, Technology, Engineering and Math in all the most fun summer camp ways!
Session 5: July 22-26
Theme: It's a Zoo! - Camp, except it's kinda gross! This week at camp is all about gross motor (physical) skills and getting as dirty as possible. Kids will make slime, climb, crawl, and muck around. Please send your kids in clothes that you don't mind getting messy!
Session 6: July 29-Aug 2
Theme: Gross Out Camp - Camp, except it's kinda gross! This week at camp is all about gross motor (physical) skills and getting as dirty as possible. Kids will make slime, climb, crawl, and muck around. Please send your kids in clothes that you don't mind getting messy!
Session 7: Aug 5- Aug 9
Theme: Olympians in Training - All campers are athletes this week and always. Training ranges from baseball to jiujitsu. Gymnastics to Olympic weight lifting. Swimming to climbing.
Session 8: Aug 12- Aug 16
Theme: Survival Week - We'll be learning all sorts of survival skills in camp this week, including some basic first aid, sewing, and all sorts of other critical life skills to survive in this wild world!
Pricing:
Full Week: $165.00 (Resident)
Full Week: $195.00 (Non-Resident)
Payments:
If you are registering for one or more weeks, the equivalent to one week of the fees per camper must be paid at registration. The remaining balance will be broken up into two payments. Half of the balance must be paid by April 14 and the full balance by June 9.
All payment plans will follow the above schedule, regardless of the date you register.
Payment Options:
Online payments are now available via credit or debit cards. All payments made via credit or debit card are subject to the processing fees charged by the card processing company and are paid by the user of this service. The Town does not pay these fees. (2.65% of the transaction)
Payments in cash or checks can be made at the Town Hall either by dropping off payments with the town clerk or the using the drop box located left of the building. The drop box gets checked at least twice daily.

Note: Town clerk office will only accept cash or checks. They will not be able to process any online payment for Recreational Programs.
Cancellations/Refunds:
All cancellation request must be made in writing at least three weeks prior to the first day of camp in order to receive a refund (minus an administrative fee). If you cancel with less than three weeks notice, a refund (minus an administrative fee) will be issued. Please review the fee structure below.
Date of Cancellation with Fee Structure:
Before April 29: 5% admin fee
From April 29 up to 3 weeks prior to start of camp season: 10% admin fee
2 weeks prior to start of camp season (June 10th): 15% admin fee
1 week prior to start of camp season (June 17th): 20% admin fee
Less than one week prior to start of camp season (June 18th): 25% admin fee
No refunds will be issued after June 24th.
