Motio Recreation Move.Play.Repeat Summer Camp 2024


Week 1: June 24-June 28

Ages:  6 – 12 (Grades 1 – 6 - must have completed Kindergarten by start of camp)  
Camp Hours:  8:00am – 4:30pm  (15 minute early/late drop off/pick available)

We are excited to once again be offering our famous Move.Play.Repeat camp. Our campers are stationed just outside of Motio overlooking our beautiful river front. They spend lots of time enjoying all Motio has to offer such as rock climbing, tumbling, field games and more. We believe when the weather is nice in VT kids should be outside so our campers will also spend hours exploring and learning about our local forests and trails. They will venture to the local recreation facilities and spend time cooling off in the river or town pool as the weather allows. Each week will feature new games, arts and crafts along with special adventures and field trips. 


Registration:
Camp registration opens Wednesday, Feb 21st. Camp registration will be pending until payment is received.

Pricing: 
Member Rate: $250.00/Week    - to receive member discount - membership will need to stay active through the summer not just at the time of purchase. (use promo code: motio25)
Non-Resident Rate: $275.00/Week


Payments: 
If you are registering for two weeks or fewer, your balance must be paid in full at registration.

If you are registering for more than two weeks, the equivalent to two weeks of the fees per camper must be paid at registration. The remaining balance will be broken up into two payments. Half of the balance must be paid by April 21 and the full balance by June 10. 

All payment plans will follow the above schedule, regardless of the date you register.

Payment Options: 
Online payments are now available via credit or debit cards. All payments made via credit or debit card are subject to the processing fees charged by the card processing company and are paid by the user of this service. (2.65% of the transaction)

Payments in cash or checks can be made or dropped off at Motio Recreation by leaving them with staff or in a sealed envelope in our mailbox. Please note checks must be made out to the Randolph Rec Department

Cancellations/Refunds:
All cancellation request must be made in writing at least three weeks prior to the first day of camp in order to receive a refund (minus an administrative fee). If you cancel with less than three weeks notice, a refund (minus an administrative fee) will be issued. Please review the fee structure below. 

Date of Cancellation with Fee Structure:
Before April 29: 5% admin fee
From April 29 up to 3 weeks prior to start of camp season (6/3): 10% admin fee
2 weeks prior to start of camp season (6/10): 15% admin fee
1 week prior to start of camp season (6/17): 20% admin fee
Less than one week prior to start of camp season (6/24): 25% admin fee

No refunds will be issued after June 24th.
